By accessing or placing an order on bydesignuk.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

Our Products

ByDesignUK sells two types of products:

• Print-on-demand (POD) products — physically produced and fulfilled by our UK print partners. Each item is made to order.
• Digital products — PDFs, spreadsheets, templates, and similar downloadable files delivered electronically.

We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our sole discretion.

Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be received in full before your order is processed. We accept all major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment confirmed, it enters production with our fulfilment partner. At this point, cancellation is not possible (see our Return & Refund Policy for full details).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations. You will be notified and refunded promptly if this occurs.

Designs & Content

All product designs, graphics, copy, and brand assets on bydesignuk.co.uk are the intellectual property of ByDesignUK unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

By placing an order, you confirm that any text, images, or content you submit for custom products does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Digital Downloads — Licence

Upon purchase of a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use the product for your own personal or commercial purposes (as stated in the individual product listing).

• You may not resell, redistribute, or share our digital products
• You may not claim ownership or remove any branding unless the licence explicitly permits it
• Licence is granted to the purchasing individual or business only

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ByDesignUK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
