Every item is made to order specifically for you. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was shown — we will make it right. No arguments, no fuss.
To raise a claim, contact us at info@bydesignuk.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund within 5 business days.
You do not need to return damaged or defective items.
PDFs, Spreadsheets, Notion Templates & More
Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your file, contact us at info@bydesignuk.co.uk and we will resolve it promptly.
Bespoke & Volume Orders
Custom and bulk orders are non-refundable once the design has been approved and production has commenced. Please review all proofs carefully before confirming your order.
Cancelling an Order
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed, before they enter production. After this window, cancellation is not possible as your item will already be with our print partner.
Email info@bydesignuk.co.uk immediately with your order number.
Include "CANCEL ORDER" in the subject line.
We'll confirm cancellation and refund within 5 business days if within the window.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Reshipping fees will apply where redelivery is arranged.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
