How We Ship
Print-on-Demand Fulfilment
Every physical product sold by ByDesignUK is made to order and fulfilled by our UK-based print partners — T Shirt and Sons, Harrier, and Print Clever. We do not hold stock. Your item goes into production once your order is confirmed and payment received.
This means the total time from order to delivery includes both a production period and a delivery period.

Instant Delivery
Digital products (PDFs, spreadsheets, templates) are delivered electronically via a download link sent to your email address immediately upon payment confirmation.
If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder and then contact us at info@bydesignuk.co.uk.
Tracking
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information where available. Tracking coverage depends on the carrier assigned by our fulfilment partner.
For tracking queries, email info@bydesignuk.co.uk with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
Delays
Late or Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:
- Check your tracking link if one was provided
- Allow 2 additional business days before contacting us, as delays occasionally occur in transit
- Contact us at info@bydesignuk.co.uk if your order is more than 5 business days late
We will investigate with our fulfilment partner and either locate the parcel, reship, or issue a refund depending on the outcome.
Address
Delivery Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address before completing checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
