🛍️ Orders & Products
Browse our collections, select the product, choose your size and colour, and click Add to Cart. At checkout, enter your delivery and payment details. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.
Yes — add as many products as you like including a mix of printed products and digital downloads. Digital downloads are available instantly; printed items follow the production and delivery timeline.
Yes — listing photos show the actual printed design. Colours may vary very slightly depending on your screen settings, but we aim for the closest possible match. Contact us before ordering if you have any concerns.
Full size range XS to 3XL on most apparel. Size guides are in the product listing photos. We recommend checking measurements carefully — we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection.
We accept changes and cancellations within 12 hours of ordering, before production begins. Email us at info@bydesignuk.co.uk with your order number as quickly as possible.
🚚 Delivery & Shipping
Printed products are produced within 3–7 business days then dispatched. UK delivery takes a further 2–5 business days. Total UK estimate: 5–12 business days. Digital downloads are instant.
Yes — free UK delivery on all orders. EU and international shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and product weight.
Once dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you haven't received this within 10 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Yes — we ship to Europe and internationally. EU orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days after dispatch. International within 14–28 business days. International orders may be subject to import duties — the buyer's responsibility.
Check your tracking first. If it's been more than 15 business days since dispatch (UK) or 30 days (international), contact us and we'll raise an investigation with the courier.
📥 Digital Downloads
Your download is available immediately after payment is confirmed. You'll receive an email with a download link, and it's also in your order confirmation. Check your spam folder if you can't find it.
Most downloads are delivered as PDF files, openable on any device using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader or any standard PDF viewer. Some products include editable Word or Google Docs formats — specified in the listing.
Because digital products are delivered instantly, refunds for change of mind are not possible. If your file is corrupted, incomplete or not as described, contact us within 14 days and we'll resolve it immediately.
Our digital downloads are licensed for personal use only. They may not be resold, redistributed or shared publicly without prior written permission. Each purchase covers a single user licence.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Because every product is printed fresh to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind — this is in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, damaged, defective or incorrectly printed items are replaced or refunded with no hassle.
Contact us within 14 days with a clear photo and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately. Email info@bydesignuk.co.uk or use our contact form.
Once confirmed, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when initiated.
📦 Custom & Bulk Orders
Yes — custom and bulk orders of any size from 10 items upwards. Visit our Custom & Bulk Orders page to submit requirements and receive a quote within 24 hours.
Minimum 10 items for custom and bulk orders. No maximum — we handle any size. Larger orders get better unit pricing — get in touch and we'll put together a quote.
