1. About Us
By Design UK operates at bydesignuk.co.uk. Address: Office 13, 25 Mollison Avenue, Enfield, EN3 7LW. Contact: info@bydesignuk.co.uk.
2. Ordering
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Orders are confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. It is your responsibility to ensure all order details are correct before placing your order.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in GBP and inclusive of applicable VAT where stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept all major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not store payment card details.
4. Production & Delivery
All physical products are printed to order — production typically takes 3–7 business days. UK delivery takes a further 2–5 business days after dispatch. These are estimates only — we are not liable for delays caused by our print partners or courier services. Digital downloads are available instantly upon payment confirmation. International orders may be subject to customs duties which are the buyer's responsibility.
5. Returns & Refunds
Because all physical products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrectly printed — claims must be made within 14 days with photographic evidence. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy. Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed, except where corrupted or not as described.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, images and content on bydesignuk.co.uk are the property of By Design UK or licensed partners and are protected by copyright. Digital downloads are licensed for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed or used commercially without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, By Design UK shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
8. Privacy
Your use of our website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
